We all know smoothies can be a great source of fruit and vegetables throughout your day, but what many people keep asking is what the best recipes are or the right amounts of fruit, vegetables, and protein they should add to their smoothies. Well, we found a few of these great recipes online that are easy to follow and even easier to make.

Please Note: with all these recipes, where a “milk” is needed, the recipe calls for almond or cashew milk, NEVER regular cow’s milk. It’s important you follow that rule when creating smoothies, and not to dilute them with ice. Simply drink a glass of water afterward to wash it all down.
