The Powerful Word That Can Change Your Sex Life

playful couple woman in control

The word “yes” is powerful because it grants access to anything in life you desire to experience, but rarely does one often think about how the word yes can improve their sex life. During sex there is a lot that is taken for granted or simply assumed because both people are hot and ready to go, but for women it is important to grant permission to not only open up sexually but to become comfortable during the experience. So how exactly can saying yes and granting permission improve a woman’s sexual experiences?  Continue reading to find out more.

Releases guilt about receiving pleasure

Women tend to hold on to a certain amount of guilt as it pertains to the enjoyment of sex. Society doesn’t openly encourage women to enjoy sex in the same manner that men do, but it’s not up to the world to give a woman permission over her own body. Women must learn how to say yes to themselves in order for their minds to be connected to the sexual experience.

Your body is your own to claim and your sexuality is for you to enjoy…not to repress. Feeling guilty about enjoying the sensation of rising sexual energy is a false sense of control that can be eradicated simply by telling yourself it is okay to claim your natural birthright to be a balanced sexual being. Tell yourself yes and release guilt from your mind. Orgasms are often hindered because of guilt or anxiety that is being held unconsciously in the mind, so grant yourself permission and see how your sex life will improve.

Opens the doorway for exploration

One of the reasons sex is often less than enjoyed by women is because of a lack of awareness of sexual triggers and spots within genitalia that generate sexual arousal. Granting yourself permission to explore your sexual body will help you to gain the knowledge you need to know how to get yourself to the point of orgasm. Your body doesn’t come with a map that tells your partner what areas to touch or how to touch them, so it is up to you to know what feels good where and how to properly stimulate these areas. Tell yourself it’s okay to explore your body and become an expert on YOU.  Knowing your sexual body improves your sex life by taking the guessing game out of knowing what will get you to the orgasm you seek.

Removes anxiety

Anxiety is the number one libido killer often brought on by our own insecurities. It’s time for you to let go of the anxiety that has held you back for so long. It’s okay to have pleasurable sexual experiences. It’s okay to enjoy sex while you are in the moment and it is fine to allow yourself to do so. Grant yourself the permission to enjoy your body and all of its changes throughout the sexual experience and say bye bye to anxiety that has no place within your sex life.
