Bags Under Your Eyes? Try This

What’s worse than going to work one morning and your co-worker comes over with the dreadful words, “You look tired!”? This is a nightmare for any woman. Here are some easy things I do to remedy this baggy situation.

Serums
Try a skin treatment like Biologique Recherche Serum Yall-O2. It’s great for both laugh lines and puffy eyes. The best part is that it works almost instantly!

Vegetables

frozen cucumbers and berries

Frozen vegetables are a great remedy if you have some extra time in the morning. I personally love to freeze cucumbers the night before and place them on my eyes for 10-15 minutes first thing in the morning. It helps get rid of dark circles and puffiness.

Food can be an excellent medicine if used correctly. For example, tea is also a great ancient medicine to use on your skin. Here’s how…

Tea

This is a very practical method and serves more than one purpose. Brew yourself a cup of tea. Sip and enjoy it. This will not only relax your mind, but relieve your stress. Afterward, let the tea bags soak in water, then freeze them. In the morning take them out and let sit for about 15 minutes before placing them over your eyes. Works like magic!

Eggs

Whip up one or two egg whites until stiff and apply with a brush or soft cloth underneath your eyes. The skin will feel tighter and look less like puff pastry.
