In the video above, Joanne can be seen lying in a bed wearing a hospital robe and tells the camera, “Hello guys, I wanted to share some news… It may come to a shock to all of you but I know God is with me! The news comes as a shock to us all! Joanne says she’s been to the doctor regularly, but this rare case of cancer that’s spread into her chest was still unexpected. Even with a family history of cancer, you still don’t think it could happen to you. Joanne’s positive energy will hopefully help her through this tough time.
“Everything happens for a reason and I believe this was part of my journey in life,” Joanne said. “And I went through it with my mother and she’s a winner. I ask everyone to just pray for me, because the power of prayer truly, truly does work.”
