Discipline & Consistency 

Aiming towards your desired weight goal requires discipline, scheduling your meals accordingly, and staying consistent with keeping your body and muscles engaged. 

Kenneth Johnson, the owner of Tag Team Unlimited Enterprises, advised over a hundred thousand clients that helped patients in other countries maintain a lifestyle to break through their mental barriers.

“I turn away my clients from pharmaceutical drugs that doctors would give them and train their mind to depend on earth-based products,” said Johnson.

  • Investing in a smoothie program 
  • Enrolling in a nutrition course

Depending on the person, developing a habit takes about 21 days. You have to do it to unconsciously develop the habit actively. “You must do it every single day until you see change,” said Johnson. 

Whether you are exercising or not, it comes down to what you’re putting inside your body. 

“Fruit bowls and plants break down quickly,” Johnson mentioned in his interview. “Your body is digesting around the clock all day, so it takes away the energy it could use to repair damaged cells and greet new cells to replace the existing ones.” 

If you are inquiring about losing weight, you must take in pure nutrients such as water, oxygen, and live enzymes.
