TMZ reports that singer Ciara, who is in the third trimester of her pregnancy, was in a car accident in Los Angeles earlier today.
Witnesses told TMZ that Ciara was in a white Mercedes SUV and making a left turn when a grey Volvo slammed into the front passenger side of her vehicle.
The singer was seen clutching her chest and shoulder, but was able to walk around and talk on the phone.
The police and fire departments arrived on the scene shortly after the accident, along with her husband, Russell Wilson.
Wilson gave an update on Twitter saying, “Momma Wilson & Baby Wilson are feeling great!” The police told People Magazine, “From what we can gather, it was exchange information only.”
We’re glad to hear Ciara and the other driver were not seriously injured in the accident.
