Directions

Ingredients

1 tablespoon raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
5 medium strawberries, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup cold water

Directions

Combine vinegar, vanilla, strawberries, and water in a glass. Mix with a spoon. Drink immediately. 

Honey Lemon Tonic

Ingredients

1 tablespoon raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
¼ large lemon
1 cup cold water

Directions

Combine vinegar, honey, and lemon juice in a glass. Toss in remaining lemon rind and pith for extra flavor. Add water and stir. Drink immediately.

Mint Blueberry Spritz

Ingredients

1 tablespoon raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
⅓ cup frozen blueberries, semi-thawed
4 or 5 fresh mint leaves
1 cup sparkling water

Directions

Chop blueberries and mint together. Combine vinegar, blueberries, mint, and water in a glass. Drink immediately. 

Cranberry Cocktail

Ingredients

1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons raw cranberry juice
1 1/2 cups water
2 teaspoons maple syrup

Directions

Combine ingredients in a glass. Stir and drink.
