Start a Morning Routine

Start your day off with a cup of caffeine-free green tea. This will allow you to start your day off relaxed.

Many Americans start their day off with a cup of coffee, which can lead to anxiety. This is not the best idea if you want to avoid a flare-up.

Green Tea is loaded with antioxidants that will help your body stay cleansed in the long run.

The key to keeping your body relaxed and flare-up free is to do things each morning that brings you peace. Mediation, a nice breakfast, and fluids are a great way to start.

Get Active

When wanting to maintain a healthy mind and body a good exercise routine can help with just about anything. Exercises like yoga, walking, and biking are just enough of a workout to break a sweat, but not cause a flare-up. Even during a flare-up, a simple 15-minute walk can help

Water, Water, Water!

When the body is dehydrated, the skin can be a direct reflection of that. When your skin is dehydrated it can begin to look dull.

If possible shoot for six to eight glasses of water a day to keep your skin in good shape. Drinking water day in and day out can be a hassle for some, but no worries! Adding fruits like lemon, lime, or oranges can spice your water up for the day!

Watch Out For The Sun

Although the warmer months are ahead and many people are looking forward to more sun, you may want to take it easy. Direct sunlight is far too harsh for your skin and causes flare-ups.

The sun is virtually inescapable, so add an SPF to your lotion so you never forget your sunscreen!

Any time you leave the house make sure to cover up as much as possible and consider an umbrella. Keeping an umbrella in the car will make sure you’re prepared for the sun at all times.

Protecting your skin when you have skin lesions or are susceptible to skin lesions is more than just applying the cream. It has to be a part of your daily routine to assure that your skin is getting maximum protection.

Plenty of water, rest, and regular activity will keep your entire body healthy. Ultimately, this is what’s going to keep your stress levels down. Although these remedies can help it’s still important to regularly visit your physician to get professional care.
